Annually, there are nearly 1,000 fatalities due to arson fires, plus thousands of injuries, and over $1 billion in property damage losses. It is pretty frightening – and every year it gets worse as the number and severity of fires increase. We think it is time to do something about it – and we are willing to pay people to help us.
It is all part of a special state-wide Arson Watch Reward Program. We have set up a 24-hour Arson Watch Hotline so people can call us whenever they witness (or just suspect) an arson fire.

As part of the program we have established an Arson-Watch fund, so we can pay up to $5,000 to anyone who provides us with information that helps us prevent or detect an arson crime.
